We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead architectural design and project management for high-end residential, commercial, or institutional projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process and oversee project lifecycle from concept to execution
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to meet design and budget goals
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards
- Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and documents for accuracy and quality
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients effectively
- Stay updated on emerging trends, materials, and sustainability practices

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
