Titanium Family is hiring , Finance Manager for an Automobile Dealership
Location: Ranchi / Jharkhand
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage vehicle finance operations for new and used vehicle sales.
- Coordinate with finance companies/NBFCs such as Cholamandalam, HDFC, ICICI, Mahindra Finance, Tata Capital, etc.
- Handle loan applications, documentation, login, approval, disbursement, and payout processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and finance companies to ensure smooth finance conversion.
- Monitor pending cases, rejections, disbursements, and incentive/payout reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and OEM teams for timely closure of finance cases.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per dealership and finance-company requirements.
- Drive finance penetration and support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Candidate Profile:
- 2–5+ years of experience in automobile dealership vehicle finance.
- Hands-on experience dealing with Cholamandalam and other vehicle finance companies/NBFCs.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle loan processes, documentation, and disbursement.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Candidates from automobile dealerships/vehicle finance backgrounds preferred.
