Experience Required: Minimum 1+ Year (MIS / Data Analysis – Preferably in Vending Machine / Retail Equipment Industry)
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong Excel and data analysis skills to support reporting and data management for our vending machine operations and sales teams.
The role involves managing sales data, machine deployment data, inventory reports, and operational dashboards. The candidate will work closely with sales, supply chain, and technical teams to generate accurate reports and insights.
Candidates with experience in vending machine operations, POS devices, or equipment-based industries will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesMIS & Data Management
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Publish monthly sales reports and operational performance reports.
- Maintain and update master data related to vending machines, clients, and inventory.
- Validate data accuracy and ensure data consistency across reports.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop Excel-based models and analysis tools to process large datasets.
- Perform data validation, cleaning, and transformation.
- Identify trends and insights from sales, machine deployment, and service data.
- Create dashboards and visual reports to support management decisions.
Sales & Operations Support
- Support sales teams with client performance reports and data insights.
- Track machine deployment, usage, and service records.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to validate operational data.
Process Automation
- Assist in automating reports using Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Improve efficiency of reporting systems and reduce manual processes.
Data Troubleshooting
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and reporting errors.
- Ensure timely updates of inventory, machine, and client databases.
