Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Eligibility
- Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year in Full-Time Recruitment
- Candidates with 5 months of full-time recruitment experience may also be considered.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
- Jaipur-based candidates preferred.
Salary
Up to ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
