*Job Title: ServiceNow Senior Architect
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced **ServiceNow Senior Architect** to lead the design, governance, and delivery of scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the platform design authority, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining platform health, upgrade readiness, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
* Act as the technical design authority for platform customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
* Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, licensing guidelines, and upgrade-safe development.
* Develop and maintain the ServiceNow technical roadmap.
* Establish and enforce standards for development, integrations, UI design, and data management.
* Review and approve technical designs, plugin enablement, and release deployments.
* Conduct platform health assessments focusing on performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
* Provide architectural leadership and hands-on support for complex ServiceNow implementations.
* Mentor senior developers and provide technical guidance to ServiceNow delivery teams.
* Collaborate with leadership and governance teams as a trusted technical advisor.
*Required Skills & Experience*
* 10+ years of overall IT experience, including **7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience**.
* Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
* Strong expertise in **ITSM (Mandatory)**.
* Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules such as **CSM, HRSD, ITOM, or Custom Applications**.
* Strong hands-on experience with **JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow scripting**.
* Expertise in **REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, CMDB, and CSDM**.
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform governance, and best practices.
*Preferred Certifications*
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
* ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Master Architect
*Role Expectations*
This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring active involvement in solution architecture, platform governance, and complex implementation activities. The Senior Architect will drive architectural excellence, mentor engineering teams, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and future-ready ServiceNow solutions.
Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
