About the Role:
We’re looking for a sales Manager who can take ownership of the sales cycle, drive consistent conversions, and build reliable client relationships. You will manage daily sales operations, lead follow-ups, team coordination, and ensure monthly targets are achieved with discipline and consistency. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on sales experience and can guide the sales team with structure, clarity, and accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the complete sales pipeline from outreach to conversion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct calls, meetings, and presentations to understand client needs
- Prepare proposals, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery
- Track daily lead movement, monitor CRM updates, and maintain accurate records
- Ensure monthly revenue and conversion targets are achieved
- Share weekly performance and pipeline reports with leadership
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage targets, track numbers, and handle a structured sales process
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Comfort with LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, and follow-up frameworks
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
