Qualifications: Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience.
Expert verbal and written communication skills. Knowledgeable about the cognitive, cultural, physical, and social factors in planning and executing designs for a target audience. Extensive knowledge of current graphic design equipment, tools, and techniques required. Expertise in tools such as Flash, FrontPage, Dream Weaver, Quark, Illustrator, PhotoShop and Acrobat. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
