Educational Qualification
- Minimum 10th Pass.
- Valid Operator License
- ITI certification will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 3 to 7 years of experience operating Hydra Cranes in construction, infrastructure, bridge, highway, or heavy civil engineering projects.
- Experience in handling PSC Girder-related activities will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate Hydra Crane safely and efficiently at the project site.
- Carry out PSC Girder Shuttering and De-shuttering activities.
- Perform steel shifting and material handling operations.
- Execute concrete pump shifting activities as per site requirements.
- Support prestressing works by lifting and positioning materials, equipment, and accessories.
- Ensure proper load handling, lifting, and movement in compliance with site safety standards.
- Conduct daily pre-start inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Report equipment breakdowns, defects, or maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, riggers, and other site personnel.
- Maintain operational records and ensure optimum utilization of the equipment.
Required Skills
- Sound knowledge of Hydra Crane operation.
- Understanding of lifting plans, load charts, and safety procedures.
- Basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance knowledge.
- Strong commitment to safety and operational efficiency.

Immediate Requirement
The position is urgently required at the Valsad project site to support ongoing PSC Girder Shuttering, De-shuttering, Steel Shifting, Concrete Pump Shifting, and Prestressing activities following the resignation of the existing Hydra Operator.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
