- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and extending SAP EWM functionalities to meet specific business requirements.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of SAP EWM solutions.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to design and implement effective software components.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
