- Inbound / Outbound Support Specialist
- Handle incoming queries and make outbound calls to resolve issues, assist customers, and ensure a positive experience.
- Respond professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Listen actively, identify root causes, and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Maintain precise documentation of customer interactions in the CRM database.
- Route complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Gather customer insights to help improve service delivery.
- Graduate/High school diploma; 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome).
- Fluency in Tamil is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, active listening, and calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy
- Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month.
