Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 1-4 years of experience in the FMCG. Based in Bengaluru, this role involves intercity travel and requires someone who can build strong client relationships, drive territory growth, and consistently exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in assigned territory.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers.
· Promote and increase the visibility of Tea products in the market.
· Collect market feedback and report competitor activity.
· Ensure timely delivery and proper merchandising of products.
· Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Graduate in any discipline is preferred.
· Educational background should demonstrate good communication and basic business understanding.
· Candidates with formal training or coursework in sales, marketing, or business management will be an advantage.
· Must have a basic understanding of customer engagement, sales processes, and product promotion.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the FMCG, including consumer behaviour and competitive landscape
- Experience in channel sales, distributor management, and modern trade/retail execution
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders across multiple locations
- Fluent in English and Kannada; additional regional languages are a plus
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and geographies

Pay: ₹20,548.65 - ₹36,392.63 per month
