Management to manage and grow our healthcare provider ecosystem. The role will be
responsible for provider onboarding, relationship management, provider digitization, API
integrations, operational excellence, and field team leadership to ensure a seamless
appointment booking experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provider Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for provider escalations, operational issues, and
engagement initiatives.
Provider Onboarding & Data Governance
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of doctors and healthcare providers.
- Ensure accuracy of provider profiles, schedules, contact information, and service
catalogs through regular audits and data quality initiatives.
Provider Digitization & Platform Adoption
- Drive adoption of Provider Central, OTP-based workflows, and other provider-facing
platforms.
- Conduct provider training programs and support change management initiatives to
improve digital adoption.
API Integrations & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Identify providers for API integration opportunities and drive implementation.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements, execute
integrations, and monitor adoption.
Network Growth & Operational Excellence
- Increase provider participation in Same-Day and Walk-in appointments.
- Drive growth in API-enabled providers, digital confirmations, and provider network
capabilities to enhance customer experience.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead and develop a team of 10–15 Vendor Management Associates, Relationship
Managers, and field executives.
- Monitor productivity, drive performance, build team capabilities, and ensure operational
excellence across provider management functions.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Vendor Management, Provider Network Management,
Operations, Healthcare Operations, or Marketplace Operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with Product, Engineering, or Operations teams.
- Proven ability to manage field teams and drive operational outcomes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
