- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, renewals, surveys, or promotional campaigns.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, policy updates, and system changes.
- Follow communication scripts and comply with company standards and guidelines.
