Perfect Empire Private Limited is a growing footwear manufacturing and export company supplying to international markets including UAE, USA, Europe, and Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team to manage coordination between clients and production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between international buyers and factory production
- Handle order execution from sampling to final shipment
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams
- Ensure timely delivery as per buyer requirements
- Follow up on approvals, materials, and production status
- Maintain proper documentation and order tracking
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding updates and requirements
Basic Requirements:
- Experience: 1–5 years in merchandising (preferably in footwear/export industry)
- Strong communication skills (English required)
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of export processes and documentation is a plus
- Understanding of production timelines and quality standards
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in footwear or leather industry
- Exposure to international clients
- Strong problem-solving ability
