Job Title: Accountant / Accounts Executive
Purpose:
To manage company financial records, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and maintain compliance with taxation and accounting standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Bookkeeping & Accounting
- Maintain daily financial transactions.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
- Maintain ledger accounts and journals.
2. Invoice & Payment Management
- Generate invoices for customers.
- Process vendor payments.
- Track receivables and payables.
3. Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST filing and compliance.
- Assist with TDS, income tax, and statutory filings.
- Maintain compliance with government regulations.
4. Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly profit and loss reports.
- Maintain balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Provide financial reports to management.
5. Banking & Reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation statements.
- Manage company bank transactions.
- Monitor cash flow.
6. Audit Support
- Assist auditors with financial documents.
- Maintain records for internal and external audits.
