Export Sales Executive (Agri/FMCG B2B)
We are looking to hire passionate Export Sales Executive with 0-2 years of B2B / export sales experience for our Agri / FMCG Industry.
Immediate Joiners will be preferred
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Market Identification & Growth
- Architect and execute targeted B2B acquisition strategies focusing on the organic and natural bulk product sectors.
- Convert cold prospects into long-term partners through a disciplined outreach cadence including strategic cold calling and high-level networking.
2. High-Value Account Management
- Nurture a portfolio of existing clients, acting as a primary point of contact to ensure service excellence and consistent repeat business.
- Utilize deep-dive research into client business models to customize product offerings, ensuring a perfect fit between inventory and client demand.
3. Subject Matter Expertise & Consultation
- Serve as an industry thought leader, providing technical product training and insights that empower clients to make data-backed purchasing decisions.
- Translate emerging organic trends and regulatory shifts into actionable internal business intelligence to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
4. Operational Excellence & Leadership
- Manage the full sales lifecycle—from initial lead generation to final closing—with complete autonomy and minimal supervision.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of the sales funnel and customer touchpoints to drive transparency and forecast accuracy.
- Represent the brand at key industry events and face-to-face client summits to solidify market presence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Graduation or Post graduation in Marketing, International Business, or related field
- 2-4 years of B2B/Export sales experience (FMCG/Agri/Organic/Export sectors preferred)
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent English Communication, Strong analytical skills
- Tech-savvy and open to AI-based planning and reporting systems
- Familiarity with export processes, organic certifications, and bulk trading practices.
- Proactive, target-driven, and willing to travel for business meetings
