We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth within the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets by promoting our products/services to hotels, restaurants, cafes, and other hospitality establishments. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the HORECA market and a proven track record in sales.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the HORECA segment.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new HORECA clients through cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new trends, competitive activities, and potential growth areas within the HORECA industry.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, effectively communicating their value proposition and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless client experience and product delivery.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans to management.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network, promote brand visibility, and gather market intelligence.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and market insights.
