Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Quality Control
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Verify materials received at the site and ensure proper usage.
- Identify and rectify construction defects and non-conformities.
Planning & Coordination
- Prepare work schedules and monitor manpower deployment.
- Coordinate with procurement and store teams for material requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain site records, measurement sheets, and work completion reports.
- Document site issues and provide timely resolutions.
Safety Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Report and investigate site incidents and implement corrective actions.
Measurement & Billing Support
- Verify quantities executed at the site.
- Assist in preparation and verification of contractor bills.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–8 years of experience in construction site execution.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and construction management tools.

Employment Type
Pay: ₹10,776.19 - ₹45,989.48 per month
