Roles & Responsibilities
✓ Identify and connect with potential students, colleges, institutions, and business partners.
✓ Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, and other online platforms.
✓ Promote InterNova EduTech's internship programs, training courses, and career development initiatives.
✓ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and educational institutions.
✓ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
✓ Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches.
✓ Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an updated lead database.
✓ Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute outreach campaigns.
✓ Achieve weekly lead generation and conversion targets.
✓ Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Required Skills
✓ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✓ Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✓ Basic understanding of business development and sales concepts.
✓ Good research and analytical abilities.
✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
✓ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
✓ Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Eligibility
~ Students or recent graduates pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or any related field.
~ Freshers with a passion for sales, marketing, and business development are encouraged to apply.
~ Strong willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced startup environment.
