NewJaisa is one of India’s leading refurbished IT asset companies, focused on making high-performance laptops and desktops affordable and accessible. We operate a large-scale refurbishing facility with deep capabilities in QC, repair, and lifecycle management. Our systems backbone is built on ERPNext, tightly integrated with e-commerce, logistics, and internal operations.
We are building a data-driven, process-heavy tech stack to scale operations across B2C and B2B.
About the Role
Own end-to-end delivery of our internal systems on ERPNext. This is a hands-on Tech Lead role (early-stage) suited for high-potential engineers (3–5 years) ready to step up. You will translate business needs, build solutions, and manage a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert business workflows (sales, refurb QC, warehouse, AMC) into ERPNext and/or other application solutions
- Design & build custom apps, DocTypes, workflows, reports
- Lead integrations (Shopify, CRM, logistics, payment gateways)
- Own daily standups, sprint planning, backlog prioritization
- Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and documentation
- Troubleshoot production issues; drive root-cause fixes
- Create scalable data models (serial tracking, QC, inventory)
Required Skills
- 3–5 years experience (high ownership, hands-on coding mandatory)
- Strong in Python + Frappe framework
- Solid SQL (complex joins, reports)
- REST API integrations
- Ability to manage/guide a small team (4–6 people)
- Strong business communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience in manufacturing / refurb / inventory-heavy systems
- Basic AWS / deployment understanding
- Exposure to analytics dashboards

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
