- We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Manager to manage daily office operations and support the smooth functioning of our academy. The Office Manager will ensure administrative efficiency, handle office logistics, and act as the primary point of contact for staff, students, vendors, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Office Administration Oversee daily office procedures and ensure a smooth workflow. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory; place orders when needed Maintain records, files, documentation, and important correspondence. Ensure a safe, welcoming, and organized office environment. Recruiting Resources Communication & Coordination Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications. Schedule meetings, appointments, and academy events. Welcome visitors, students, and parents; assist with inquiries professionally. Recruiting Resources Team Support & HR Assist Provide administrative support to leadership and staff as needed. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees. Recruiting Resources Maintain employee records, attendance, and office policies. Finance & Vendor Relations Help manage office budget, expenses, and petty cash Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification Coachable mentality LinkedIn Business Solutions Proven experience in office administration or management roles. LinkedIn Business Solutions Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with MS Office or similar office software ✔ Professional attitude and confidence in dealing with diverse stakeholders. ✔ Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities. ✔ Leadership qualities and ability to support team members.
