Qualification
- Graduate in Science Stream (B.Sc. or equivalent) OR
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering OR Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, product information, and order status.
- Support the preparation of technical and commercial offers.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and MIS reports.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution.
- Handle customer correspondence through email, phone, and online platforms.
- Support business development activities and lead generation efforts.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and sales-related documentation.
Desired Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of engineering or industrial products.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to learn technical products and customer requirements quickly.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer coordination, or technical sales assistance will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
