Job Purpose
The STEM Trainer/PRT Science teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, hands-on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) learning experiences for students of Grades III–IX. The role focuses on nurturing curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation through project-based and experiential learning.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning
- Conduct interactive STEM sessions for students of Grades III–IX.
- Integrate technology and real-world applications into classroom learning.
- Prepare annual, monthly, and weekly lesson plans.
- Develop engaging learning modules, worksheets, presentations, and assessment tools.
- Align STEM activities with NEP 2020 and competency-based learning practices.
- Maintain the STEM laboratory, equipment, robotics kits, coding devices, and other instructional resources.
- Mentor students for STEM exhibitions, science fairs, innovation challenges, Olympiads, robotics competitions, and coding contests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science .
- B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
- Certifications in Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, Design Thinking, or STEM Education will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Freshers with a strong passion for STEM education are encouraged to apply.
- Prior teaching or training experience in STEM, robotics, coding, or science activities will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
