Requirements:
- Must have 3 to 5 years in Piping system designs and skid Module designs for Oil and Gas Industry.
- Must have working experience in “AutoCAD Plant 3D” for pipe routing.
- Experience in creating pipe spec in "Autocad plant 3D"
- Knowledge about Industrial Piping Standard, structural steels, welding and pipe fittings.
- Familiar with international design Codes like ASME and API
- Must be very good in AutoCAD for 2D detailing. 3D knowledge is an added advantage.
- Should have the knowledge to read and implement P&ID.
- Knowledge in static and rotating equipment’s.
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical.
- Should have good communication skill for technical & drawing related discussion with other department Engineers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Prepare below listed customer deliverables using "Autocad Plant 3D" Software
- Pipe spec based on the customer standard and specification
- Create custom catalogue items
- Piping layout 3D Model
- Piping General Arrangement and equipment layout drawings
- Piping Line isometric drawings and counter check those drawings
- Extract and counter check the Bill of materials
- Checking of isometrics and other fabrication drawings prepared by the team.
Other general responsibilities are
- Check vendor document/drawings for required information.
- Keep track of drawings released internally and externally.
- Coordination with other disciplines for smooth flow of design information.
- Ability to work under stressful situations to meet daunting deadlines.
