Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile App Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in mobile technologies, API integrations, and application performance optimization. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable and user-friendly mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms.
- Develop cross-platform or native mobile applications using technologies such as Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift, or Java.
- Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, third-party services, payment gateways, cloud platforms, and backend systems.
- Work on API integrations, authentication services, push notifications, location services, analytics, and social media integrations.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and responsiveness.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Maintain technical documentation and support application updates and enhancements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in mobile application development.
- Strong experience in Android (Java/Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) development.
- Hands-on experience with Flutter or React Native will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of API integration, RESTful services, JSON/XML parsing, and third-party SDK integrations.
- Experience integrating with:
- Payment gateways
- ERP/CRM systems
- Cloud services (AWS, Firebase, Azure, etc.)
- Authentication & Security APIs
- Good understanding of database integration such as SQLite, Firebase, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, App Store & Play Store deployment processes.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in microservices integration and backend connectivity.
- Knowledge of web services, APIs, and middleware integrations.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of mobile app security best practices.
