About the Role
Affiefly Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Programmatic Advertising Manager to lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple programmatic platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DSPs, RTB, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage campaigns efficiently while maximizing ROI and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across Display, Video, Native, and Mobile channels.
- Manage campaigns through leading DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, StackAdapt, or similar platforms.
- Develop audience targeting strategies using first-party, second-party, and third-party data.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and frequency capping.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and client servicing teams to ensure campaign success.
- Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and attribution issues while ensuring campaign quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends, privacy regulations, and advancements in programmatic advertising.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in Programmatic Advertising or Digital Media Buying.
- Hands-on experience with DSP platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB), Open Exchange, PMP, and Programmatic Guaranteed.
- Experience with ad servers, tracking pixels, and conversion measurement.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Excel, or other reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Display & Video 360 or other programmatic advertising platforms.
- Experience managing high-budget campaigns.
- Knowledge of attribution models and audience segmentation.
- Leadership or team management experience is an added advantage.
