We are looking for an experienced candidate with qualification of B. Pharma or D. Pharma or M. Pharma for the position of Pharmaceuticals Export Executive for our company which should have the same experience of more than 5-7 years in same field i.e. Export Marketing in Pharmaceuticals company.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for Client handling & correspondence | Export documentation | Pharma product knowledge | Regulatory coordination | Order follow-up & dispatch planning | develop and maintain relationship with overseas customers and business partners. manage export documentation and ensure compliance with export products |oordinate with regulatory departments for product registrations and documentation requirements. Possess strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and formulations. Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution. Plan and monitor dispatch schedules to ensure on-time deliveries. Assist in preparing quotations, product offers, and export-related reports. Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates regarding order status. Maintain accurate records of export transactions and client communications.
Required Skills
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Good knowledge of pharmaceutical export processes.
3. Understanding of export documentation and international trade procedures.
4. Familiarity with regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical exports.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
6. Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
Experience in a Third-Party Pharma Manufacturing Company will be preferred.
Customer-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and orders simultaneously.
