Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions, with strong programming and model development skills across Python, R, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, validate, and deploy machine learning and AI models.
- Design and implement NLP and Generative AI solutions.
- Build and enhance RAG, Agentic AI, and LLM-based applications.
- Perform feature engineering and NLP module development.
- Develop ensemble models and advanced machine learning solutions.
- Implement model explainability and interpretability frameworks.
- Perform model validation, testing, and final benchmarking.
- Conduct bias testing and ensure model quality, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AI/ML models and production systems.
Required Experience
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience developing and deploying ML/AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP and Generative AI.
- Experience with RAG, LLM applications, and Agentic AI.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with model validation, benchmarking, and explainability.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
