Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision & Execution
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor interior fit-out activities including flooring, ceiling, partitions, false ceilings, carpentry, painting, modular furniture, and finishing works.
- Coordinate and supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) activities at site.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within defined deadlines.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with architects, designers, project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on project status.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure seamless communication among all stakeholders.
Quality Control & Safety Compliance
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure all work complies with approved drawings and company standards.
- Implement and maintain site safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and rectify quality issues promptly.
Material & Workforce Management
- Monitor material deliveries and verify specifications and quantities.
- Maintain inventory and stock records at site.
- Manage labor teams, subcontractors, and site workers efficiently.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and resources.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily progress reports, site logs, and project documentation.
- Maintain records of work completed, material usage, and workforce attendance.
- Report project delays, risks, and site issues to management.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3–8+ years of experience in interior fit-out and construction site supervision.
- Experience in commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or corporate interior projects preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Site Supervision: 4 years (Preferred)
