Role: Admission Counsellor
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding our courses and admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about IIT-JEE, NEET & Foundation programs
- Handle admission inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain student databases and admission records
- Build strong relationships with parents and students
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing team
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in counselling/sales is preferred
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
