Job Summary:
The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring and operating surveillance systems across construction sites, project locations, warehouses, and corporate offices to ensure safety, security, and compliance with company policies. The role involves real-time monitoring, incident reporting, and coordination with site security and management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV feeds from construction sites, offices, and project locations.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, safety violations, theft, or unauthorised access.
- Maintain daily logs of incidents and surveillance activities.
- Coordinate with site security personnel and management during emergencies.
- Review recorded footage when required for investigations or audits.
- Ensure all cameras and surveillance systems are functioning properly.
- Report technical issues to the IT/maintenance team promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data.
- Support safety compliance by monitoring PPE usage and site discipline.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in CCTV monitoring (construction/real estate preferred).
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR operations.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email reporting).
- Strong observation and alertness skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience handling surveillance in multiple project locations.
- Knowledge of safety norms in construction sites.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹21,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
