About the Role
We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead our recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, people-focused, and capable of building strong HR systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Maintain and update HR records and HRMS systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
- Conduct performance appraisal cycles and support managers
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software/HRIS tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
