About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Intern to join our HR Consulting team. The role will involve identifying potential business opportunities, reaching out to prospective clients, introducing our HR consulting services, and supporting the client acquisition process.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to build practical experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients who may require HR consulting and recruitment services.
- Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, WhatsApp, online platforms, and other relevant channels.
- Reach out to prospective clients and introduce our services.
- Understand the client's hiring and HR requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Schedule discussions/meetings between prospective clients and the senior team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
- Work towards assigned lead generation and business development targets.
- Coordinate with the recruitment/consulting team to understand our services and communicate them effectively to prospects.
Who We're Looking For
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with new people over calls and online platforms.
- Proactive, confident, and willing to take initiative.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn, email, and other digital platforms.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Interest in sales, business development, client acquisition, or consulting.
