We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and support internal teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle office maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain records of office assets, inventory, and supplies.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
- Manage courier, dispatch, and documentation work.
- Maintain employee attendance records and basic HR coordination.
- Assist in onboarding formalities and document collection.
- Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics when required.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation (physical & digital).
- Monitor office expenses and maintain reports.
- Support management in day-to-day operational tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidate must be based in Siliguri.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or office operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).
