Job Purpose:
- Implement superior SAP IT projects by understanding end user requirements.
- Drive customer satisfaction through efficient resolution of IT(SAP) related issues.
- Prepare and manage the annual IT budget in alignment with organizational growth strategy.
- Optimize costs through analysis of IT applications across the organization.
- Implement SAP processes to meet organizational requirements.
- Present MIS to management, identifying process gaps and improvements.
Scope/Impact:
All IT applications, systems, SAP, servers, mails, network, security, and hardware.
Role & Responsibility:
- Negotiate with vendors for IT system/SAP procurement.
- Oversee third party administrators for adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
- Develop user manuals, training programs, and project rollouts for SAP and software applications.
- Ensure consistency and effectiveness of SAP projects across the organization.
- Increase SAP awareness and usage among employees through training and capabilities.
- Establish department SLAs and submit IT related MIS & reports to the HOD.
Competency:
- Understanding of Auto Industry business processes and technology.
- Knowledge of functional and business applications.
- Experience in SAP implementation, support, rollout, and ABAP development.
Education:
MCA/B.Tech
Experience:
15-20 years in SAP Implementation/Upgrade, Support/Rollout, and project planning.
Other Points:
- Timely completion of Performance Appraisal Process.
- Provide guidance and feedback to subordinates.
- Nominate subordinates for development initiatives like trainings.
