Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain an updated prospect database.
- Explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Record customer interactions and update sales reports using CRM or Excel.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
