Key Responsibilities
- Shop-Floor Management: Supervise daily fabrication, welding (MIG/TIG), and assembly operations across the A, B, or C shifts.
- Quality Control: Ensure all structural components, weldments, and sheet metal parts strictly adhere to engineering drawings, GD&T, and tolerance requirements.
- Team Leadership: Manage shift deployment, allocate tasks based on the welder/fabricator skill matrix, and mentor junior operators on the shop floor.
- Resource Optimization: Monitor the consumption of raw materials, welding consumables, and gases to minimize waste and ensure cost-effective manufacturing.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce 5S, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and strict workplace safety protocols (PPE, ventilation, and equipment checks).
- Troubleshooting: Resolve machine breakdowns, fixture alignment issues, or production bottlenecks promptly to maintain workflow continuity
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
