- Manage and supervise a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and management, from NBFC industry.
- Strong knowledge of Business loan.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and close deals.
- Experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
