Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, managing online marketplaces, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations for textile products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Upload product details including descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Optimize listings with SEO-friendly content to improve visibility and sales.
- Coordinate with the design and photography team for product images and creatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock updates across platforms.
- Process orders, returns, and customer queries efficiently.
- Track and analyze sales performance, campaigns, and customer behavior.
- Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain reports, dashboards, and MIS for e-commerce performance.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (textile/fashion preferred).
- Hands-on experience with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, or Shopify.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, product listing optimization, and online marketing.
- Familiarity with Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Graduate in any discipline (E-commerce/Digital Marketing preferred).
