Role Overview:
This is a core business role disguised as HR. As an HR Intern at Snyllo Estetica, you won’t just “support hiring”—you will drive it. From building a strong pipeline of inside sales professionals to onboarding field staff like estheticians and IV therapists, your work will directly impact revenue and customer experience. Alongside recruitment, you’ll also play a key role in day-to-day HR operations and team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Aggressive Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end recruitment for inside sales, estheticians, and IV therapists
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and creative outreach strategies
- Conduct screening calls, coordinate interviews, and maintain hiring pipelines
- Ensure fast turnaround time from sourcing to onboarding
2. Operations & Coordination
- Support onboarding processes, documentation, and joining formalities
- Coordinate between hiring managers, operations team, and candidates
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, and candidate databases
3. Culture & Engagement
- Contribute to building a high-performance, accountability-driven culture
- Assist in engagement initiatives, team activities, and internal communication
- Be the “pulse checker” of the team—identify gaps and suggest improvements
