Job Description- We are seeking an experienced PLC Programmer to design, develop, test, and commission industrial automation systems. The candidate will be responsible for PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming, troubleshooting, and supporting automation projects from concept to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities-Develop, modify, and maintain PLC programs for industrial control systems Design and configure HMI and SCADA systems Perform system integration, testing, and commissioning at site Troubleshoot PLC hardware and software issues Read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and project teams Ensure compliance with safety standards and customer specifications Provide technical support during installation and startup Prepare technical documentation, backups, and version control Train operators and maintenance personnel when required Required Skills
Experience Minimum [2 to 4] years of experience in PLC programming and automation Hands-on experience with PLC platforms such as: Siemens (S7-300/400/1200/1500, TIA Portal)Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, RS Logix / Studio 5000)Schneider (Modicon) / Mitsubishi / Omron (preferred)Experience with HMI/SCADA software (WinCC, FactoryTalk View, Wonderware, Ignition, etc.)Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, OPC)Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills Good understanding of control panels, VFDs, sensors, and field instruments Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Preferred Qualifications Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Site commissioning experience Basic knowledge of safety PLC and machine safety standards
