Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients/customers.
- Explain clinic services, treatments, packages, and offers to callers.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Maintain patient enquiry records and update call details.
- Coordinate with reception and concerned departments for patient requirements.
- Conduct follow-up calls for appointments, feedback, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about clinic services.
- Maintain professional communication and customer relationship.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of local language preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude and convincing ability.
- Previous experience in healthcare/clinic field preferred.
Qualification: Any Degree / Plus Two
Experience: 0–2 years (Clinic/Healthcare experience preferred)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
