Job Title: Senior Telesales Executive - Real Estate
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into site visits and bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain property details
- Handle inbound enquiries and follow up on leads
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for sales team
- Maintain regular follow-ups to close sales opportunities
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Update daily call reports and maintain CRM data
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales/telecalling (Real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle targets and pressure
- Tamil Voice Process
