Key Responsibilities
Admissions Counselling
- Handle admission enquiries received through phone calls, walk-ins, website forms, social media and other channels.
- Counsel prospective parents on the school’s curriculum, academic philosophy, teaching methodology, facilities, extracurricular activities and admission process.
- Understand the requirements and concerns of parents and provide relevant information to help them make an informed decision.
- Explain the ICSE curriculum, grade structure, admission requirements and other school-related policies clearly.
- Conduct school tours for prospective parents and students and provide them with an appropriate introduction to the school.
Enquiry & Follow-up Management
- Maintain systematic records of all admission enquiries and prospective students.
- Follow up with interested parents through calls, WhatsApp, email and other appropriate channels.
- Ensure timely follow-ups at different stages of the admission process.
- Track enquiry-to-visit, visit-to-application and application-to-enrolment conversions.
- Re-engage parents who have expressed interest but have not completed the admission process.
Admission Process Coordination
- Assist parents with admission forms, documentation and procedural requirements.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for admission assessments, interactions and other requirements.
- Ensure that applications and supporting documents are complete and accurately recorded.
- Maintain updated admission records and databases.
- Support parents through the onboarding process after admission confirmation.
Parent Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective parents during the admission process.
- Address queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build trust with families through clear, transparent and consistent communication.
- Ensure that every prospective parent receives a positive experience irrespective of the final admission outcome.
Admissions Outreach
- Support school admission campaigns, open houses, orientation programmes and other parent engagement activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on admission-related enquiries generated through digital and offline campaigns.
- Participate in school events where interaction with prospective parents may be required.
- Provide feedback on frequently asked questions, parent concerns and market trends to help improve the school’s admissions communication.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
