- Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual registers and inventory management systems.
- Issue materials to production and maintenance departments according to approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, overstock situations, and reorder requirements.
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain documentation such as Purchase Indent, Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Material Issue Slips (MIS), stock registers, and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance departments regarding material requirements.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory practices where applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store area.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and arranging materials when required.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Supervise and monitor barrel filling and barrel washing activities, ensuring accurate product quantities, proper cleaning and sanitation of barrels, correct documentation, and compliance with company quality, safety, and operational procedures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
