What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increFlex recruiter For the Flex Recruitment team at our client, we are looking for a colleague who can support flex hiring activities. In this role, you will act as a point of contact for hiring managers and external suppliers and help ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly from intake to onboarding. You will work within a large, international organization that is continuously hiring new talent. You will be responsible for managing your own set of vacancies, working closely with temporary labor suppliers and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders involved. You will oversee the end-to-end process and help ensure alignment between all parties. Talent Acquisition - End to End involves managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes identifying job needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. The goal is to efficiently fill positions with the best talent. Responsibilities also include onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This role is crucial for building a strong and effective workforce. Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.
What are we looking for? Key responsibilities • Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers and external suppliers (agencies) • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from intake to onboarding • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and monitor progress • Ensure clear communication and alignment between stakeholders • Support agreements and process execution in collaboration with involved parties • Able to prioritize work and organize tasks effectively • Strong communication skills • Experience with MS Office required; experience with SAP Fieldglass and Workday is a plus • Professional level of English; • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of working and thinking • Affinity with HR and recruitment
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture and client • You are likely to have interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
