- Claims Processing & Adjudication: Oversee the review, registration, and processing of insurance claims, ensuring adherence to turnaround times .
- Pre-authorization & Verification: Coordinate with insurers and healthcare providers to verify policy eligibility, process pre-authorization requests, and secure approvals.
- Liaison & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between corporate clients, TPAs, and insurance companies to resolve claim disputes and answer policy queries.
- Reporting & Compliance: Generate and maintain weekly/monthly reports on claim settlements, track documentation accuracy, and escalate complex issues.
- Team Leadership: Support and guide junior insurance executives in day-to-day operations and claim management.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
