About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and business-oriented Personal Assistant to work directly with the CEO. This is not a routine administrative role. We are seeking someone who understands business, marketing, sales, data, and execution, and can act as the CEO's right hand in managing strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling confidential information, coordinating across teams, and travelling whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily priorities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of business initiatives.
- Assist in planning and tracking sales, marketing, and business growth strategies.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, dashboards, and business summaries.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to generate actionable insights.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence.
- Manage and grow the CEO's LinkedIn presence by planning content, coordinating posts, and monitoring engagement.
- Draft professional emails, presentations, and business communications.
- Follow up with stakeholders, partners, and senior management on pending tasks.
- Handle confidential business information with complete discretion.
- Travel with the CEO for meetings, events, business visits, and conferences as required (short and long-duration travel).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Business Coordinator, Marketing Executive, or Strategy Associate.
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, business operations, and analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Experience managing professional LinkedIn profiles or creating business content is an added advantage.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
