Position Summary:
We are seeking a warm, organized, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the face of our company. In this role, you will welcome guests, manage front-desk operations, and provide essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Greeting: Welcome clients, guests, and vendors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or room.
- Call Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while taking accurate messages.
- Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Front Desk Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and lobby.
- Admin Support: Assist with basic data entry, scanning, photocopying, and scheduling appointments.
- Office Supplies: Monitor front-office inventory and place orders for supplies when necessary.
Pay: ₹8,616.90 - ₹15,000.00 per month
