Job Summary:
Anubhuti is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing people, supporting the board, hiring, and fostering a positive organizational culture. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities:
1. People Management:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization is staffed with skilled and competent employees.
- Assist in managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
2. Board Management:
- Act as a liaison between the organisation and the board of directors.
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the board.
- Advise the board on HR best practices and trends, ensuring the organization remains competitive in its human capital strategies.
- Participate in board meetings to provide updates and insights on organisation initiatives and their alignment with company goals.
3. Hiring:
- Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct hiring campaigns and manage the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for new job openings.
- Create and update job descriptions and job specifications on Keka and other job portals.
4. Culture Management:
- Foster a positive working environment that promotes the company's culture and values.
- Assist in developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Organize and oversee employee training and development programs.
- Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
- Plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
5. Employee Relations:
- Assist in managing employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure fair treatment and compliance with employment laws.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in overseeing compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with the company's goals.
- Conduct salary surveys and job evaluations to determine appropriate compensation levels.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
7. HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role or any related field.
- Basic knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
